Solaseed Air Inc.（株式会社ソラシドエア）成立於 1997 年 7 月，前身為 Skynet Asia Airways（SNA）。公司於 2011 年啟用 Solaseed Air 品牌，並於 2015 年正式更改社名，讓品牌形象與企業名稱一致。總部設於宮崎縣宮崎市的宮崎機場，展現與九州地區的深厚連結。
Established in July 1997 as Skynet Asia Airways (SNA), the airline introduced the Solaseed Air brand in 2011 and formally adopted it as its company name in 2015. Headquartered at Miyazaki Airport in Miyazaki City, it maintains a strong connection with Kyushu.
